Teaching Objective
I love to create dynamic and challenging sequences that are as fun to practice as they are to teach. I am passionate about incorporating logical creativity into flows to strike a balance between anatomical correctness and intuitive movement. Yoga gives us the opportunity to test our boundaries, both mentally and physically.
I have been teaching consistently in person and online since 2019.
